The filtered and heated air is rotationally entered in tangent direction and uniformly distributed inside the drying tower after diffusion by air distributor ,filtered liquid material is pumped into the centrifugal atomizer located on the top of drying chamber, under the effect of high speed rotation centrifugal force of atomizing disc, liquid material forms a thin film o the surface of atomizing disc, which is diffused to the outlet of nozzle and cracked to small fog drop that touches hot air with large surface area, with the moisture content being evaporated speedily, liquid material is dried into granula products in an extremely short time. Dry products are collected at the bottom of tower and inside the cyclone separator, and the dust air is vented after filtration by bag collector.
According to features of material, bag collector or wet spraying dust cleaner can be used as 2nd phase dust cleaning equipment.
Steam, electricity or heat air furnace heating can be selected as heat source according to factory conditions and allowed temperature of the material.
